Scope of Work:

• Develop and plan engaging sales promotion activities that align with customer needs and preferences.
• Coordinate the production of marketing communication materials to effectively promote sales campaigns to customers.
• Liaise with partners and negotiate agreements to maximize customer benefits and promotional value.
• Prepare marketing plans by leveraging historical sales data and performance insights.
• Conceptualize and source creative promotional prizes, and develop new promotional mechanics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee the end-to-end operational flow of each sales promotion program to ensure smooth execution.
• Evaluate campaign performance and sales results after each promotion, organize relevant data, and prepare comprehensive sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Marketing field from Retails industry Advertising, or Sales Promotion roles.
• Passion for creative and innovative work.
• Positive attitude and strong professional mindset.
• High level of responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
