  • This position reports day-to-day and performance evaluation and grading are conducted by AGM.
  • Overall direction and final oversight are provided by GM.

Job Summary


This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into effective communication, developing marketing campaigns, managing both online and offline communications, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels including in-store communication. The position works closely with internal teams, creative designers, agencies, and external partners to deliver impactful brand experiences that strengthen brand equity and support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Brand Development

  • Understand and execute the company's brand strategy and positioning across all communication channels.
  • Support the development of brand identity, brand messaging, and long-term brand building initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, communication materials, and customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify branding opportunities.

Marketing Campaign Development

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Develop campaign concepts, key messages, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels to maximize awareness and engagement.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Integrated Marketing Communication

  • Plan and coordinate communication across Online, Offline, PR, Social Media, CRM, Digital Media, and In-store Media.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Develop communication timelines and oversee campaign implementation from concept through execution.

Product Branding

  • Support product launch planning and product branding initiatives.
  • Develop product communication, positioning, packaging communication, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and business teams to ensure product stories are effectively communicated.

Creative Development & Design Management

  • Prepare clear and comprehensive creative briefs for designers and agencies.
  • Coordinate the development of Key Visuals (KV), campaign identity, artwork, and marketing collateral.
  • Review creative outputs to ensure they meet communication objectives, brand guidelines, and business requirements.
  • Understand the end-to-end creative production process, including artwork development, adaptation, printing, fabrication, and digital asset production.

In-store Brand Experience

  • Plan and manage in-store communication including POSM, signage, promotional displays, window displays, and seasonal branding.
  • Ensure all in-store communication delivers a consistent and engaging brand experience.
  • Coordinate with store operation teams and production vendors for implementation.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage multiple branding and communication projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, production houses, printers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure quality delivery throughout every stage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communication, Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), or Brand Management.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand development, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Experience managing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of product branding and product communication.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, designers, and production vendors.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
