Project Architect( 1 Year Contract)
atSiam Piwat Co., Ltd.We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to supervise and manage the construction of retail spaces during night-time operations. The role requires close coordination with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery of retail projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างโครงการ ให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานก่อสร้าง และรายงานความคืบหน้าให้ผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา วิศวกร และทีมออกแบบ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นหน้างาน
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าและสรุปประเด็นที่ต้องติดตามในแต่ละวัน
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติวัสดุก่อสร้างให้ตรงตามสเปค
- ควบคุมเวลาและงบประมาณให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงาน
- ปฏิบัติงานในช่วงกลางคืนเป็นหลัก (Night Shift)
- ปฏิบัติงานวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ได้ (กรณีที่โครงการต้องการ)
Qualifications:
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาสถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- สามารถทำงานในเวลากลางคืน และพร้อมทำงานในวันหยุดได้ตามความจำเป็น
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, SketchUp, หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
หากมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรม (กส.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
