Global Member Department Manager

This role is to lead the development and execution of marketing programs tailored to tourist membership segments. This role requires a strong focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in tourism, retail, or hospitality sectors, and a passion for delivering personalized member experiences.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Member Privilege Strategy: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns and loyalty programs targeted at tourist members to increase engagement, repeat visits, and spend.
CRM Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns including segmentation, messaging, testing, and reporting.
Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data to segment the tourist member base and develop tailored communications and offers for each segment.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with tourism boards, travel agencies, hotels, and retail partners to create exclusive benefits and experiences for members.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and program effectiveness to optimize future marketing efforts.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, digital, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of member privilege strategies.
Member Experience Enhancement: Gather insights from customer feedback and behavior to continuously improve the member journey and value proposition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty programs, or CRM within tourism, hospitality, or retail industries
- Proven experience in CRM platforms and customer segmentation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus, especially those relevant to tourist demographics)
- Experience with tourist data sources and travel trends
- Familiarity with international markets and cultural sensitivity
- Creative mindset with a focus on customer-centric thinking
