E-Commerce Marketing Officer

- ตอบคำถามลูกค้าในช่องทางต่างๆ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวก และข้อสงสัย บริการหลังการขาย ช่วยเหลือในการแก้ไขปัญหาหรอข้อขัดข้องที่ลูกค้าอาจพบในการใช้บริการออนไลน์
- บริหารจัดการงาน ติดตามสถานะออเดอร์ และจัดส่งสินค้าเพื่อให้สินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- รวบรวมและบริหารจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า เพื่อใช้ในการส่งอีเมลการตลาด, การสร้างโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ, หรือการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อปรับแผนการตลาด
- ช่วยเหลือและประสานงานกับทีมการตลาดในการจัดการแคมเปญโฆษณาออนไลน์, การโพสต์บนโซเชียลมีเดีย, หรือการสร้างเนื้อหาสื่อสารการตลาด
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในองค์กรและนอกองค์กร
- สรุป Report สามารถติดตามผลการตลาด แคมเปญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รายงานผลให้กับทีมผู้บริหาร ผู้บังคับบัญชา หรือ ทีมการตลาดเพื่อปรับแผนการตลาดและการขาย
- จัดการงบประมาณสื่อสารการตลาด โดยควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการโฆษณาและการสื่อสารให้เหมาะสมกับงบประมาณที่กำหนด
Qualifications :
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 24-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Commerce 2 ปีขึ้นไป (เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า พิจารณาพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์และสื่อต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับการทำงานได้เป็นดี
