- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ประสิทธิภาพในการสอน การมีส่วนร่วม การประเมินความพึงพอใจ ผลการทดสอบ เป็นต้น
- พัฒนาแดชบอร์ดและรายงาน (เช่น Power BI, Excel หรือแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ)
- การสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงลึกและการวิเคราะห์สำหรับทีม Learning & Development
- วางแผน ประสานงานการจัดอบรม
- เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายหลักสูตรต่างๆ
- กระตุ้น ติดตามการเข้าอบรมตาม training road map ของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตร
- สรุปรายงานนำเสนอฝ่ายบริหาร รวมถึงนำเสนอกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาบุคลากร
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี ในงาน Training & Development
- ชำนาญกในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การทำ Dashboard (Excel, Power BI หรือแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- Strong Training Facilitation and Project Management.
