Senior Specialist - Delica Trainer and Store implementation

· Lead the training and store implementation team to ensure new products, concepts, and operational standards for Delicatessen and RTE (Ready-to-Eat) products are successfully launched and maintained across all retail formats. This includes managing, mentoring, and providing guidance to a team of Specialists.

· Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the overall strategy for training and store implementation of new products, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and timelines.

· Program Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation process for major product launches and new store openings, from planning to post-launch evaluation.

· Content Development: Lead the creation and continuous improvement of all training materials, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and best practices based on team feedback and operational needs.

· Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

· Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of training and implementation initiatives, providing data-driven insights and reports to leadership.

· Problem Resolution: Act as the highest level of support for complex on-site issues, troubleshooting critical


problems and providing solutions to ensure a smooth operation.


Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

· Experience: At least 5-7 years in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in training, operations, and product implementation. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.

· Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, and manage complex projects effectively.

· Strategic Planning: Strong skills in developing and executing strategic training and implementation plans.

· Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to resolve high-level operational issues.

· Communication: Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
