Senior Digital Marketing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Drive App Marketing strategy to acquire, engage, and retain users on Big C Mobile App.
Develop and implement in-app marketing campaigns such as push notifications, in-app messages, app-exclusive promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, CRM, Design, Data) to improve app user experience and customer journey.
Support on identifying short-term and long-term growth plans for app user acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with company vision.
Utilize customer analytics and app usage data to generate insights, identify trends, and optimize marketing activities.
Monitor key app metrics (downloads, active users, engagement rate, retention, conversion funnel) and ensure achievement of targets.
Prepare accurate performance reports on app marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive innovation in app marketing initiatives and stay ahead of market trends.
