• Implement category strategies and plans including range management, pricing policy, product merchandising
• Identify and implement new products as well as the discontinues products and mark-down strategy
• Monitor analysis of market, Trends, product and customer need
• Collaborate with key functions e.g. Buyer / Supply Chain / Operation function to ensure effectiveness on result.
• Tracking sale performance daily, weekly and monthly to achieve target

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Statistic, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Retail business will be advantage
• Good command in English spoken and written.
• Energized by a dynamic, can-do attitude, positive thinking and be a good team player.
• Familia in MS Excel, Power Point
• Able to handle multi-tasks / projects under pressure and meet timelines.
