Responsibilities and Duties

• To turn around Delica categories to be on top of customer’s mind.
• To develop Delica room concept to gain Delica market share and Delica sales penetration.
• To develop quick win and long-term strategy.
• Developing market segmentation strategy.
• To monitor & analyze market trends, product popularity, customers, and relevant information of responsible categories.
• Competitor benchmarking and come up with competitive advantage and market competition strategy.
• Developing of SOP for each product in each category.
• Developing of display concept and fixture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in any related fields
• 7+ years in direct experiences in buying, merchandising, sourcing, category management from retail business, Delica importer.
• Strong creativity.
• Systematic thinking.
• Multi-tasked person with result-oriented.
• Expert in all Delica categories.
