Project Sourcing Officer (Purchasing)
atThai Beverage PCLJob Responsibilities
1) รับ Brief งานจากลูกค้าร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2) สรรหา Supplier ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
3) ประสานงานในการจัดซื้อ
4) ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อออกใบสั่งซื้อ
5) เจรจาต่อรองราคากับ Supplier
6) ติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้า หรือบริการให้ตรงตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
7) แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้า หรือบริการจาก Supplier ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8) จัดหาสินค้าในกรณีเร่งด่วนได้
9) บริหารจัดการงาน และทีมได้
10) งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirement
• ปริญญาตรีด้านบริหารธุรกิจ / การจัดการ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง Experience (ประสบการณ์):
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านจัดซื้อ ติดต่อประสานงาน หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4 ปีขึ้นไป Knowledge & Skills (ความรู้และทักษะ):
• มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรอง และประสานงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
