Key Account Manager (Food Chain)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key Food Chain and restaurant accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and execute sales and trade marketing activities, including pricing, promotions, distribution, and in-store visibility in line with the trade plan.
  • Monitor customer spending, sales performance, and promotion effectiveness to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product distribution and availability in the market.
  • Drive new store openings and expand customer portfolio within the Food Chain and Traditional Trade (TT) channels.
  • Prepare sales reports, business updates, and present to management.
  • Introduce and implement effective tools and working methods to maximize efficiency and performance.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Development, or Trade Marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing Food Chain / Food Service / Restaurant accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency (intermediate level or above) is required for some accounts.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of achieving both sales retention and new account development.
