Job scope:

• Supporting C-Level to coordinate and meeting.
• Managing and administer HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and the maintenance of personnel records.
• Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human capital initiatives with organizational goals, and managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide expert advice and strategic consultation to senior management and business leaders on people-related matters to achieve business objectives.
• Being partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's growth and long-term goals.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices practices and performance management.
• Good command in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
