Human Capital Business Partner Specialist

Job scope:
- Supporting C-Level to coordinate and meeting.
- Managing and administer HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and the maintenance of personnel records.
- Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human capital initiatives with organizational goals, and managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Provide expert advice and strategic consultation to senior management and business leaders on people-related matters to achieve business objectives.
- Being partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's growth and long-term goals.
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices practices and performance management.
- Good command in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location: ThaiBev Quarter
Mon-Fri at 8.30 am. - 5.00 pm.
