• Hotel Operations Management.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of The Manner Hotel to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
• Monitor operator performance against management agreements and business plans.
• Ensure smooth hotel operations while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, online reputation, and service quality to achieve operational excellence.
• Business Performance & Financial Management.
• Drive hotel profitability and maximize asset value.
• Develop annual business plans, operating budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to management teams.
• Develop action plans to improve market positioning and financial performance.
• Asset Management.
• Protect and enhance the long-term value of the hotel asset.
• Develop and implement asset enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor CapEx planning, renovation projects, and maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with owner expectations and investment strategies.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, hotel management, operators, and external partners.
• Build strong relationships with Hyatt Regional, Local vendors, Consultants, Investors, Regulatory authorities and External Partners.
• Coordinate with management teams regarding strategic initiatives and performance updates.
• Owner Representation & Governance.
• Act as Sansiri's designated Owner Representative for all hotel management matters.
• Ensure hotel operators comply with Management Agreement (HMA), KPI performance standards, and Owner objectives.
• Review operator business plans, budgets, marketing plans and capital expenditure proposals.
• Lead Owner meetings and represent ownership interests in strategic decision-making.
• Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) Expertise.
• Contract & Agreement Management.
• Monitor compliance with Hotel Management Agreements.
• Evaluate operator performance against contractual obligations.
• Support negotiations, renewals and amendments of management agreements.
• Review owner rights, operator obligations and performance clauses.
• Investment & Acquisition Responsibilities.
• Portfolio Asset Management & Expansion.
• Provide asset management advisory for future hospitality investments within Sansiri's portfolio.
• Participate in acquisition due diligence, underwriting and feasibility assessments for hospitality assets.
• Support hotel integration, repositioning and performance turnaround initiatives.
• Develop portfolio-wide asset management strategies to maximize investment returns.
• Commercial Strategy.
• Revenue Optimization & Commercial Performance.
• Review revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Monitor ADR, RevPAR, GOP, Flow-through and Market Penetration Index.
• Ensure sales and marketing activities maximize profitability and brand positioning.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in General Manager, Regional Operations, Hospitality Asset Manager with international luxury hotel brands is highly preferred.
• Experience representing ownership interests, hotel asset management, investment management, or owner-side advisory is highly preferred.
• Experience working in North America or managing assets within international markets is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations management including Financial and business acumen, Hotel P&L, Budgeting and forecasting with international hotel experience is strongly preferred.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams across different cultures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willing and able to relocate to New York, USA, and be based on-site to support business and operational required.
