Senior Corporate Communication

Job Purpose

To effectively manage end to end corporate communication implementation, encompassing internal communication, external communication, and Community care ( initiatives The primary focus is to deliver measurable results in terms of enhancing brand awareness, recognition, and positioning the company in line with targeted brand attributes This entails strategising and executing communication plans, ensuring seamless activation, and driving impactful communication across various stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovative and Strategic Thinking Assist head of corporate communication in driving the innovative strategic approaches to both external and internal corporate communication strategies Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive impactful communication and initiatives that differentiate the company and resonate with target audiences
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Assess the effectiveness of corporate communication strategies and initiatives for both internal and external communication regularly through feedback, data analysis, and evaluation Assist head of corporate communication to u tilise these insights to refine and improve future projects to ensure the continuous growth and enhancement of the company’s communication objective
  • Community Care ( implementation Enact the Community Care ( initiative
    implementation involves the activation of a comprehensive Community Care program aligned with the strategic direction of the company at both national and group levels This strategic alignment aims to attain the company's goals, encompassing achievements in the social investment index and the count of engaged participants
  • Track and analyse key metrics such as media coverage, sentiment analysis, reach and engagement Implement solutions to meet or exceed the predetermined external and internal communication measurement targets that are aligned with the company's brand key performance indicators
  • Timely and High Quality Delivery of Projects Manage and deliver assigned
    projects within agreed upon timelines while maintaining high standards of quality This involves efficient project management, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met with excellence
  • Effective Stakeholder Communication Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, media outlets, influencers, community organisations and government entities This includes proactive engagement, clear and concise messaging, and fostering positive partnerships to support the company's communication objectives
  • Crisis Management and Reputation Protection handle communication during times of crisis or potential reputation risks This involves swift and strategic response, transparent communication, and proactive measures to safeguard the company's reputation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Communication, PR, Marketing or Business Administration, or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, brand management, and marketing communication, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic, integrated communication plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Excel in working with diverse teams and exhibit an agile mindset.
  • Bring innovation to their approach and ensuring forward-thinking and results-driven communication strategies.
  • Excellence in Thai and English Communication is a must
