Commercial Operation Manager

- Manage end-to-end commercial operations: quotations, orders, inventory, delivery, billing, and collection support.
- Ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and profitability while coordinating across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Design and optimize business processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy across the commercial cycle.
- Monitor KPIs (quotation-to-order conversion, backlog, billing cycle, DSO, inventory turnover) and provide analytical reports.
- Drive governance compliance and continuous improvement initiatives with ERP/CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in Commercial Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Sales Operations.
- Strong knowledge of quotation, order, billing, and inventory processes, with understanding of IFRS/GAAP.
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
