Helpdesk Engineer [NOC] - Receive notifications of problems and needs from customers. Both by phone and E-mail. - Report the lifecycle problems to the customer via telephone, coordinate, check the problems with the network service provider and open the ticket. Other tasks that are assigned. - Gather information on technical problems and prepare statistics relevant to the KPI of the department.
