• Support the development and execution of business strategies aligned with company objectives and DC Operations priorities.
• Conduct business analysis, performance reviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
• Work closely with senior leadership to define business goals and drive strategic initiatives.

• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and drive solutions to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-national projects in Thailand, Malaysia, and China, including automation and business transformation initiatives.
• Team Leadership.
• Manage, mentor, and guide Business Analyst and project team members.
• Ensure team deliverables align with business priorities and executive expectations.
• Promote a collaborative, data-driven, and high-performance culture.
• Strategic Initiatives & Business Improvement.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives successfully.
• Monitor performance and recommend actions to achieve business targets.
• Financial & Performance Analysis.
• Partner with Finance and relevant departments to analyze business performance, cost efficiency, and resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Executive Support to SVP - DC Operations.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President of DC Operations.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting materials, and follow up on key action items.
• Coordinate communication and alignment between SVP and relevant stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Stakeholder Management & Risk Management.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation plans.
• Ensure initiatives align with company policies, governance standards, and business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting, including at least 3 years in project management (retail industry experience preferred).
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of analysts or strategists.
• Native Thai with strong English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Strong project management expertise, including resource planning and risk management.
• Strategic mindset with solid understanding of the retail business environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills.
• Proficient in financial analysis, data modeling, and strategic planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software).
