Manager, Juris Acts (ผู้จัดการฝ่ายนิติกรรมสัญญา - ภาษาอังกฤษ)
atRS PCLJob Purpose
To perform duties related to contract review and drafting (primarily in English), labor law, and personal data protection law. The role also involves conducting legal research, providing legal advice related to the company’s business operations and its affiliates, and handling other related legal tasks as assigned.
Key Activities
- Review and draft contracts in English (primary responsibility).
- Review and draft various assigned agreements, including supervising the team on contractual matters.
- Provide support and legal advice on labor law matters.
- Provide support and legal advice on personal data protection laws.
- Offer legal advice on matters related to the company’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks related to the Legal Department’s operations as assigned.
Job Specifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Solid experience in contract review and drafting, labor law, and personal data protection law.
- Good command of English (able to communicate effectively).
- Ability to work well under pressure, including handling urgent tasks.
- Hardworking, patient, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Responsible, proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and punctual.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
