Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Credit Advisor (Personal Loan Sales Officer) to join our team, responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products across Bangkok, its vicinities, and other provinces in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach potential customers for personal loan products.
• Present and explain various loan options, terms, and conditions to clients clearly and concisely.
• Assist customers with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and UOB Capital Services' product offerings.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or personal loans.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within Bangkok, its vicinities, and other provinces as required.
• Fluency in Thai is essential, both written and spoken.
