Head of Mortgage Direct Sales (SVP)
atUnited Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL - UOB- Manage and develop sales strategies for mortgage direct sales channel.
- Deliver new mortgage booking volume to achieve bank’s sales target.
- Actively engage and manage relationship with housing developers, housing brokers/agents and also corporate team.
- Track and monitor overall performance of mortgage direct sales team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal guidelines.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor or Master degrees in business administration or related fields
· At least 7 years experience in Mortgage Sales, Product DSA, Marketing
· Good command in English
· Strategic planning / sales management skill
· Strong Analytical Skill
· Negotiation Skill/ problem solving
· Self motivated
