Head of HR (FAVP) , Krungsri Leasing Services Co.,Ltd. (Subsidiary in ASEAN)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner in designing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget for effective resource allocation.
  • Lead and execute HR policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance workforce capability.
  • Oversee talent management, organizational development, leadership coaching, and change management strategies.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with group governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive career development programs and training initiatives to bridge skill gaps.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet company manpower needs.
  • Strengthen internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
  • Maintain legal compliance in all areas of human resource management.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality employee services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR management, preferably with expertise in HR Business Partnering & Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

  • Mobility: Be able to work aboard full time

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, organizational structures, employee engagement, and talent management.

  • Skills: Project management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration.

  • Language: Proficiency in English (written & spoken).

  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, ethical, emotionally stable, adaptable, and customer-focused with a strong service mindset.
