Job Description

Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end commercial management and growth of the Inbound Tourist segment across Pre-Arrival, On-Arrival, and Post-Arrival customer journeys. Accountable for developing and executing segment strategies, product and promotional initiatives, channel optimization, and partnership programs to maximize subscriber acquisition, revenue, and customer experience. Drive business performance through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and execution of strategic transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.

Job Descriptions

  • Lead the overall growth and performance of the Inbound Tourist business across pre-arrival, on-arrival, and post-arrival touchpoints to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute short- to medium-term business strategies by analyzing market trends, customer insights, competitive landscapes, and business performance to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Drive product and commercial initiatives by planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing tourist products, promotions, pricing, and channel strategies across online and offline platforms.
  • Manage strategic projects and business transformation initiatives, including digital platforms, eSIM enhancement, airport sales process improvement, product portfolio optimization, fraud prevention, and other cross-functional programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance through data analysis, KPI tracking, financial reporting, and performance reviews, providing actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of business initiatives, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery.
  • Strengthen business partnerships and channel development by working closely with tourism organizations, travel agencies, online travel platforms, retailers, and strategic partners to expand market opportunities and enhance customer reach.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while ensuring successful delivery of team objectives.


Qualifications

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism Management, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into revenue-generating initiatives.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Telecom, Commercial Management, Tourism, Product Management, Channel Management, or related business functions.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end commercial initiatives, product launches, or strategic projects.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external business partners to deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, or channel performance improvements.
