- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Can Do Attitude)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอข้อมูลได้อย่างชัดเจนและเข้าใจง่าย
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความมุ่งมั่น และกระตือรือร้น
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word, Excel พื้นฐานได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Call Center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
