• Design Direction: Analyze sales briefs and provide clear, inspiring creative direction to the system design teams.
• Quality Assurance: Review and elevate all Bulthaup, Lema, and Aster proposals to ensure they meet CHANINTR's strict aesthetic and functional standards.
• Brand Integrity: Maintain a deep understanding of each system brand's identity and technical philosophies, ensuring proposals respect their unique design language while fitting the CHANINTR standard.
• Client Alignment: Ensure proposals beautifully communicate design intent, solve spatial challenges, and accurately reflect the customer's lifestyle and preferences.
• Team Collaboration: Act as the vital bridge between sales consultants, system designers, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Experience: 3-5 years in high-end residential interior design. Experience with premium European kitchen and wardrobe systems is highly preferred.
• Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong spatial planning, luxury material curation, and proficiency in CAD/3D rendering software.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate design concepts to technical teams and present confidently to clients.
