Technical Sales Executive – Lualdi (Italian Luxury Doors)

The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Lualdi's premium Italian doors, architectural systems, and customized interior solutions to architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, consultants, and high-end residential clients. The role combines technical product expertise with consultative selling to achieve sales targets while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and luxury homeowners.
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Generate enquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients and design professionals.

Technical Consultation

  • Provide technical advice on Lualdi door systems, finishes, opening mechanisms, and specifications.
  • Recommend suitable door solutions based on project requirements.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and construction specifications.
  • Coordinate with designers and project consultants to ensure product compatibility.
  • Assist clients with shop drawings, door schedules, and specification documents.

Project Management Support

  • Follow projects from specification through installation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries and installation timelines.
  • Monitor project timelines and resolve technical issues.
  • Support installation teams with technical guidance when required.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns.
  • Build long-term partnerships with key accounts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in architectural products, luxury interiors, building materials, or premium furniture.
  • Experience working with architects and interior designers is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of luxury interior products is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
  • Knowledge of door hardware, door specifications, and installation processes.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
