• Collaborate with distributors to foster continuous and profitable sales growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance our market position. Monitor distributor and partners pipelines and manage stocking levels to meet project demands. Identify growth opportunities within the infrastructure segment in collaboration with internal teams. Advocate for the Prysmian brand and expand its footprint in Thailand. Prepare and maintain sales forecasts for regular review and reporting. Regular meeting with partners and customers.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a hunting role, although candidates with a strong educational background will also be considered. Proven experience in customer engagement, including cold calling and developing new opportunities. Familiarity with telecommunication cabling products is advantageous. Strong solution-selling skills, with the ability to engage customer stakeholders to shape opportunities for Prysmian. Demonstrated success in account management in a similar capacity. Candidates with more relevant experience and a strong track record may be considered for a Manager position. Essential Skills: A degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing from a reputable university. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams. Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
