- ออกแบบและพัฒนาโครงการสถาปัตยกรรม โดยเฉพาะโรงเรียนหรือสถานศึกษา.
- เคลียร์แบบและจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
- ใช้งานโปรแกรม AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop และโปรแกรม Render เช่น D5 ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
- ตรวจสอบและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายงานก่อสร้างที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
- ประสานงานที่ไซต์งานและกับหน่วยงานราชการ.
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานได้ดี พร้อมรับผิดชอบงานและตรงต่อเวลา.
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม.
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป.
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop และโปรแกรม Render อื่น ๆ เช่น D5 ได้ดี.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบโรงเรียนหรือสถานศึกษา.
- มีความสนใจด้าน Sustainable Architecture และ Wellbeing.
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับแบบโครงสร้าง สุขาภิบาล ไฟฟ้า และงานระบบอื่น ๆ.
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์.
