- รับแจ้งปัญหาด้าน IT หรือ Telecom จากลูกค้าผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ หรือทาง Email
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ปัญหางานด้าน Hardware, Software
- ติดต่อประสานงานไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปประจำวันเกี่ยวกับงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย หรือเพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, โทรคมนาคม, อิเลคทรอนิคส์ หรือ สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานโปรแกรม MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีใจรักงานบริการ
