[Bangchak] PMO Change and Communication specialist (contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate change initiatives (impact assessment, stakeholder readiness, training, communication)​
  • Create communication content, infographic, and visual media​
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams​
  • Monitor change progress and risks​
  • Facilitate meetings and document minutes​
  • Support project manager with executive presentations and other project administration​
  • Maintain organized project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.​
  • Experience: 3–5 years in change management, communications, or project coordination.​
  • Strong communication (Thai & English) and stakeholder engagement.​
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)​
  • Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and documentation.​
  • Strong coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.​
  • Can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.​
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills​
  • Good command on English communication.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, AI tool e.g Copilot, Project management software (e.g. MS project, Jira, Excel).
