• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Sustainability, ESG, EHS, Operations, Strategy, or related leadership roles..
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing global sustainability strategies..
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulations..
• Experience working within multinational organizations and complex global environments..
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change..
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..
