Responsibilities

1. Liaise between Creative Director and Brand Partners, Design Projects

• Ensuring schedules are consistently met and proper information is transmitted to the team and the consultants
• Participate in design meetings and provide continual input to optimize design and minimize futile work
• Participate and contribute in project design strategic planning

2. In charge of optimizing and charting designers' day-to-day workflow

• Assist and Manage the distribution and production of project workload within a team

3. Scheduling

• creating timelines for team members to work scheduled tasks and ensure delivery
• Manage a workflow device/app to monitor daily, weekly, monthly tasks and progress for the team
• Assist in developing a delivery schedule along with the Creative

4. Director, Brand Partner Design Project Leader and Consultants

• Project prioritization of design, assignment, and management to designers

5. Organize Project documents and filing and archiving to maintain regular updates

• Manage and maintain record keeping of original artwork files and all projects
• Manage and maintain record keeping of client deliverables files
