Human Resources Assistant (HR Assistant)

We are looking for an HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HRBP and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.

An ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position holds an academic HR background. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain our employees.

  • Supporting employees by answering questions through email, hangouts or face to face meetings.
  • Keeping records of employee related documents, including CVs, contracts and letters issued and keeping information in HR systems up to date, including sick leave, new employee data, changed employee data, etc.
  • Recording of attendance and leave from employees, informing management of their absence
  • Preparation of monthly attendance files and keeping timely records of Employee start date and end date on monthly basis
  • Preparation of necessary gifts, cakes and cards for employees/clients
  • Preparation for new Employee onboarding Backend/Operational/System and permissions arrangements and email / Slack usernames
  • Preparation general HR documents such as Employment Contracts, Recommendation Letters, Termination Letters, Probation Letters, and other official letters requested by employees and management
  • Contact prospective candidates under direction of HRBP to arrange interviews
  • Inform and coordinate with related Line Managers on upcoming interviews
  • Any ad hoc HR related activities.
  • Scheduling, effectively managing workload, setting priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Preparation and submission of Social Security, Payroll, Bonuses, Commissions
  • Coordinate and control work permits and any related arrangements with BOI
  • Oversee Labor Department ,Revenue Department, Department of Business related issues and tasks
  • Coordination and implementation of purchases of furniture, commodities etc
  • Age 22-27 years olds ,Thai nationality.
  • Female only.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science or any Related field.
  • 0 – 3 years experience in HRM function especially Employee Relation function would be more advantages.
  • Experience in administration, secretarial or HR functions would be benefit
  • Open minded characteristic.
  • Possess a service mind, positive attitude and good interpersonal skill
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and highly responsible person
  • Able to work well under pressure and willing to work hard.
  • Able to use MS Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Be initiative and result oriented person, Positive thinking, good attitude with service minded.
  • Energetic, eager to learn and acquire good interpersonal, Strongly interpersonal & communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Well organize, strong analytical & problem solving skill and ability to work under pressure & independently , creativity.
  • Having skill in Employee relationship management.
  • Good command of spoken and written Thai and English is beneficial
