Sales Support Specialist (Aluminum Industry)

Our company is a leading importer and distributor of high-quality aluminum for various manufacturing industries. We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist with proven experience and understanding of the sales process within industrial factory settings. You'll be a vital part of our team, supporting our sales force in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating effectively between the sales team, customers, and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sales Document Preparation: Prepare and verify the accuracy of various sales-related documents, including quotations, sales contracts, invoices, and delivery documentation.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery to customers.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer information in the system, meticulously organizing order history and other necessary data.
  • Proactive Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing information for presentations and research relevant customer or industry data.
  • Initial Problem Resolution: Provide primary assistance and resolve initial issues for customers, such as product inquiries, delivery problems, or claims.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, or Customer Service roles. Experience in the manufacturing industry, selling to factories, or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
  • Industrial Factory Knowledge: Possess a fundamental understanding of the procurement processes within industrial factories.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
  • Coordination Skills: Strong coordination skills, capable of working effectively with others.
  • Documentation Management: Meticulous attention to detail in preparing and verifying documents.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful in resolving immediate issues.
  • Attitude: Service-minded, dedicated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
