Job description.

  • Technical Expertise: Understand the technical features, applications, and benefits of the company's products or services, Provide accurate and comprehensive technical information to potential clients and address their inquiries.
  • Sales Strategies and Planning: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, plans, and goals, Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets, potential clients, and effective selling approaches.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges, Effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services to meet client requirements.
  • Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to clients, Highlight how products/services can address specific client needs and solve problems.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics, to tailor solutions to client needs, Identify opportunities for customization or enhancements to align with client requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Manage sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery, Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and client  expectations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to assess performance against targets and goals, Generate reports that provide insights into sales trends, opportunities, and challenges, Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings, Use market insights to position the company's products/services effectively and identify competitive advantages.
  • Customer Feedback and Relationship Management: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement, Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Assist in supervising and mentoring junior sales engineers or team members, Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve collective goals.
