Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting by ensuring rigorous hiring criteria are in place.

• Collaborate with the operations team to find effective opportunities and improvements for the organization and staff that are in line with the demands of the organization.

• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations and HR issues in accordance with business rules and best practices, such as disciplinary, grievance, and performance.

• Manage salary planning according to company policy.

• Encourage and retain talented workers, submit an employee assessment to management, including wage modifications.

• Keep track of personnel-related data, such as staff absenteeism and late arrivals.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human resource, Psychology or any related field. 

• 2+ years proven working experience in Human resource.

• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, enthusiastic atmosphere.

• Strong management abilities in planning, prioritizing and decision-making skills

• Good written and verbal communication abilities in Thai and English is a plus.

• Self-driven, result-driven with entrepreneurial spirit person
