Responsibilities

• Implement Market Research Tools to create a knowledge base that will help internal stakeholders understand who their target is, what they do, and why they do it.

• Perform competitive and customer analysis to provide relevant insights to the business.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team on the validation of hypotheses, concepts, and communication (e.g., Big Idea Testing, Pre-Testing, etc.) that support decision-making.

• Track and measure all factors that describe the Brand's Health and Performance within its target audience and enable ROI evaluation.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience about market research or any related fields .

• Experience in strategic planning and management of media/research agencies is required.

• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.

• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, enthusiastic atmosphere.

• Good written and verbal communication abilities in Thai and English are necessary.

• Excellent in Microsoft office especially Word and Excel.

• Work well under pressure.
