• Coordinate between client, creative, content writer, designer & programmer
• Responsible for administration support regarding all business activities
• Manage office documents
• Maintain the filing system for incoming and outgoing departmental documents
• Assist with all Editorial Contents & Content Management
• Overall project management of delivering contents in social media and websites
• Keep track of the content schedule, from the production to the delivery of contents
• Able to operates with other content providers. e.g. influencers, endorsers, specific websites, or other online media
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by co-founders in managing incoming urgent tasks

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Strong PC skills, preferably with basic accounting work knowledge/experience
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to multi-task and operate with independently
