Human Resources Officer
atWe Are InnoSense- Responsible for policy, procedures and work regulations development and implementation
- Provide advice to management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
- Setting a competency & KPI for all positions, evaluating gaps, setting development plan and performance management to achieve the company's goal
- Identify, summarize and analyze training needs of employees
- Develop training and development programs
- Maintain the HR database including information of staff background, employment contract, attendance, company's asset ,experience and benefits
- Handing recruitment assignments including developing job description, screening applications, interview applicants and short-listing qualified candidates to Team.
- Responsible for management of the payroll function, including income tax, provident fund and social security payment
- Organizing and promoting the company and staff events to enhance spirit of belonging and pride in the company.
- Develop of an employee oriented company culture that emphasis quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, strong ethical values, commitment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related.
- Fresh grads with exceptional performance in University
- Mature and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure with can do attitude, self-motivated and team spirit.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Thai.
