Account Executive
atVenueEVenueE is a startup developing an online marketplace for venue booking. Our team is seeking for bright enthusiasts who ever passionate about events and fascinate undiscovered place.
We are looking for an experienced account executive to join our operation department. Account Executive is the heroes of VenueE. You should be able to articulate excellent communication as to present the company values to clients. Your priority in this role is acquiring venues to the platform and introducing them to the benefits of VenueE at best. Your role should act proactively address clients' needs and maintain our company-client relationships at high standard.
- Acquire venues to supply our platform
- Reaching a set KPI for both calls and monthly sales which includes weekly meeting with sales and marketing team
- Have a consultative approach to B2B sales
- Identify new potential customers
- Manage relationship with venue providers as your key accounts
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics weekly
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Organise regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Supervise sales account representatives or internship student
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing, or related field.
- Passion for events and help connecting people.
- Professional sale attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (email, phone, social). Tech savvy, early adopter of new tools.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify and solve problems with minimal oversight.
- year prior experience leading sales programme will be considered exclusively
