- อายุระหว่าง 21 - 30 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ ศิลปศาสตร์ หรือสาขที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษในระดับที่ดีมาก
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และสรุปข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และมีทักษะในการประสานงาน
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถนำเสนอและวิเคราะห์งานได้ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี ซื่อสัตย์ อดทน มีความรับผิดชอบ และตรงต่อเวลา
