Employee Relation Manager - Ladkrabang factory
atUnilever Thailand- Assist HR Director - Thailand in establishing annual company plan within Q1 of each year to promote & increase employee engagement level of the organization through Employee Relations & LiveLife Sanuk Program activities by closely working with employee representative bodies and also ensure all action plans set are driven & followed through by agreed club leaders/team members within the agreed budget & on time in full.
- Work with LM to recruit/select new employee representatives (ie. the club leaders) from across functions to drive ER activities & continue a good momentum with full commitment all through the year. Also, use strategic influencing to gain buy-in & get full support from LM for time & contribution required for those active employee representatives to voluntarily work on this program and propose a recognition program/award for them to HR Director - Thailand
- Work with all Sport & Social Club Leaders (former USSC) to ensure they have a concrete annual plan of activities ready within the budget set within Q1 of each year & fully align with the Company's ER plan
- Work with responsible club leaders & employee representatives and internal communication team to come up with effective communication plan & message to proactively attract more participation of the employees & aim to cover a broader group of people every year. Also, need to ensure that all records of participation & activities are kept for regular updating to HR Director - Thailand.
- Design & run a simple yearly measurement/assessment such as a quick survey or poll to check for a level of awareness & satisfaction and also to receive feedback from the employees on Employee Relations activities for improvement actions
- Lead the concerned team to provide full logistics support to all key Company's activities & events including Company's Religious & Long Service Awards presentation ceremony, Songkran Day, New Year Parties & Family Day etc. This includes a permanent role as organizing a committee to run these events.
- Do a quarterly & annually update to HR Director - Thailand on all ER & Recognition Program activities run with full records of participants & their feedbacks for the future improvement plan.
- Bachelor Degree in any filed
- Experienced with Labor Union/Employee Relation /Disciplinary at Manufacturer at least 3 years
- Solid experienced in Labor Law/court
- Good working knowledge of Thai labor laws & local legislation
- Strong interpersonal skills & connect well with people
- Pleasant & outgoing but strong character with good leadership skill
- Good command in English
