Are you an ambitious and driven Trade Marketing Executive keen to join a dynamic FMCG company? Uni-Charm (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented individual to join our growing team in Bangkok. In this full-time, office-based role, you will play a crucial part in executing impactful trade marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and brand awareness for our leading consumer products across Thailand.

What you'll be doing

• Deploy a channel activity plan based on given trade spend, media (EC) and ensure effective implementation. Control actuals spend versus planned expenditure.
• Ensure successful execution and implementation of category activation across channel and responsible for evaluation the effectiveness of promotions including NPD tracking as well as lead monthly meeting with sales team
• Develop and ensure all POSM, sales support materials and giveaways channel/customer activities and communication comply to latest marketing plan/ brand guidelines supplied by marketing
• Ensure good visibility for Unicharm products across channel e.g. share of shelf, location on shelf, POSM & decoration.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years' experience in a trade marketing or sales support role, ideally within the FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, trade marketing principles, and in-store activation best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and campaign performance
• Proficient in MS Office suite, with experience using CRM and project management tools
• Fluency in both Thai and English languages
