Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Corporate Communication & Content Specialist to drive our internal and external media strategies. In this role, you will champion our corporate identity by translating company vision, policies, and core values into engaging content. You will oversee end-to-end media production, plan content calendars, and execute performance-driven content marketing campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication & Culture Engagement: Conceptualize, craft, and distribute internal & External communications regarding company news, policies, corporate values, and vision across internal & external channels (e.g., Line OA , Facebook, instagram, or Tiktok).

• Media & Visual Content Production: Design and produce various internal PR assets, including short-form videos, posters, digital graphics, and Press Releases.

• Media Planning & Content Marketing: Develop and maintain the monthly Content Calendar, mapping out content strategy to achieve specific communication objectives (Awareness, Engagement, Lead Generation).

• Paid Media Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize online advertising campaigns (Paid Media across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google Ads) to ensure performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Internal Communications, Media Production, Content Marketing,

• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and messaging skills tailored for diverse internal and external audiences.
