Responsibilities:

1.       Manage the Marketing Team activities.

2.       Competency of promotional tools on Social Media such as Facebook Ads Promotion.

3.       Understand E-commerce and digital technology trends, evaluate business opportunities and recommend new online products for the Company.

4.       Research and develop online marketing communication strategies through all online channels.

5.       Analyze customer insight and behavior by using online tools and keep up to date for market trends

6.       Developing Social Media Partnership & Influencer relationship.

7.       Being in charge of developing Content for Beauty Blog.

Qualifications:

1.       Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, IT, related fields, or equivalent work experience.

2.       Have knowledge or experience in Social Media.  Additional knowledge in SEO, Adobe illustrator, and Photoshop will be a plus.

3.       Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics reporting are preferred.

4.       Pro-Actives attitude for work and responsibility and creative, willing to work under pressure and in team environment.
