Description
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Proficiently handle data analytics tools for managing VOC report
- Utilizing collaboration tool for the inspection support tasks e.g. OneDrive, SharePoint
- Summarize VOC data for reporting to Management Committee
- Monitoring chronical VOC and raising this issue to Customer Room Committee
- Contributing and recognizing of VOC value
- Using Microsoft Office Program fluently
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering ,Information Systems, Computer Engineering, business Administration or related fields
- GPA of 2.70 for Bachelor's degree and 3.30 for Master's degree
- Have minimum 0-3 years' experience in Data Analysis, Information System, Big Data
- TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31/BULATS at least 40
- Have strong knowledge and experience in Business Intelligent tools i.e., Power BI, SQL, Big Data, Big Query
- Have good knowledge in coding e.g., Python, Big Query, Cloud Database will be advantaged
- Good problem solving and decision making skills with ability to work under startup culture with can-do
