Job Description:

Initiate & Execute New Logistic/Supply Chain Model to serve Platform Growth in operational aspect.

• Act as PO in executing projects in area of supply chain, 3PL, and warehouse
• Analyze business processes, locate pitfalls and develop SOP of all operational processes

3PL Management to meet with industry standard (or Above)

• Performance Tracking with 3PL vendors to track agreed improvement action plans and initiatives in order to meet performance targets and overall strategic goals
• Develop and maintain the business relationships with 3PLs
• Analyze, compare, and recommend vendors based on contract terms and rate cards

Collaborate with related parties to support logistics performance

• Proactively develop forecasts for campaigns and contingency plans to manage crises
• Identifying and summarized troubleshoot 3PL logistics issues, and liaise with the technical team in resolving them

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields
• At least 4 years of experience in analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and operation process
• Experience in e-commerce business will be a strong advantage
• Age not over 35
• Possess new idea & creativity
• Hard-working, energetic personality with Can-Do attitude
• Logical thinking and willing to learn
