Job Description
Job Summary:
- Design scalable and highly available systems with a strong focus on cost optimization.
- Define SLIs, SLOs, and manage error budgets using modern observability tools.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
- Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
Job Impact:
- Ensure uninterrupted service performance across mission-critical systems in production, logistics, and digital platforms.
- Reduce downtime and MTTR through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Design systems that automatically scale with business demand for optimal cost and performance.
- Collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to ensure compliance, reliability, and secure-by-design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead incident response and conduct post-mortems.
- Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development.
- Manage hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure environments.
- Mentor engineering teams on reliability and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or IT Infrastructure Operations.
- Experience in managing cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and incident response.
- Proven experience with CI/CD, monitoring, cloud architecture, and infrastructure automation.
