Responsibilities:

• Monitor the marketing situation from relevant sources such as customers, suppliers and competitors in order to adjust marketing plan and strategies to achieve sales target
• Manage demand &supply both SCG and non-SCG products in order to smooth operation and maximize factory stock efficiency to increase opportunity to sell.
• Manage the sales operations process (order, shipment, delivery,documents) to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with SCG Logistics to lean process and costs to achieve better results (shipping documents, Freight and logistics cost)
• Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle claims and complaints

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain or other relevant (G.P.A. > 2.70)
• Proficient in English ( TOEIC > 550)
• At least 1-2 years in International Business / Logistics
• Competent skill of using MS Office
• Possess sales & marketing and negotiation skills
