Design and deliver best-in-class logistics experience to meet buyer/seller expectations by improving supply chain/logistics function, processes, and systems.

• Lead, drive the expansion of NOCNOC delivery network by developing and implementing end-to-end operations set up plans.
• Optimize our business by improving and aligning our processes and technology
• Identify and prioritize process design needs in out delivery network.
• Partner with our solution providers (SAAS), senior leaders, product and tech teams to align the processes and tech platforms with the physical expansion roadmap.
• Evaluate potential network sites on operational feasibility based on Network Design
• Help report performance of the business, drive KPI improvements to leadership and stakeholders.
• Hire, build and develop a team dedicated to business optimization and geographical expansion and establish a highly motivational working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
• Significant experience in operations improvement, project management, consulting, and/or entrepreneurial management/field operational leadership experience
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering, and modelling, problem-solving and communicating recommendations
• Willingness to travel on sites in upcountry
• Good in written and spoken English
• Process-oriented with solid analytical and Excel skills, must be comfortable with learning new tools and software
• Require experience with SQL, basic experience with data visualization software is preferred (Tableau, Power BI, Data studio)
